  • 1 and ½ cups of arborio rice
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Filling Ingredients

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise with balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of green chilli, finely chopped

Ingredients for breading

  • Wheat flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Beaten eggs

Preparation Mode

  1. In a bowl, mix the rice with the egg, pepper and salt. Reserve.
  2. In another container, mix all the filling ingredients.
  3. With a small portion of the rice mixture, form balls and make a depression in the center.
  4. Stuff the ball and close.
  5. Dip the balls in wheat flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry them in very hot oil.
  7. Drain on paper towel.
  8. Serve immediately.
