Ingredients
- 900 grams of wheat flour
- 100 grams of whole wheat flour
- 40 grams of powdered milk
- 60 grams of brown sugar
- 20 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 60 grams of margarine
- 60 ml of mail
- 275 ml of water
- 60 grams of organic yeast
- 20 mg of sal
Preparation Mode
- Dissolve the yeast in 30 ml of water and sugar.
- Mix it with all the dry ingredients, except the salt.
- Add half the water in the recipe.
- Add the margarine, honey and the rest of the water and stir.
- Add the salt.
- Work with the dough until it becomes elastic.
- Rest the dough for 15 minutes.
- Shape the dough into loaves or roll out portions into rolls.
- Rest the breads for another 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 170ºC.
- Put some wholemeal flour on the table and roll the bread on top.
- Grease a large pan with oil and place the bread.
- Make lines on top of the bread and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
