  • 900 grams of wheat flour
  • 100 grams of whole wheat flour
  • 40 grams of powdered milk
  • 60 grams of brown sugar
  • 20 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 60 grams of margarine
  • 60 ml of mail
  • 275 ml of water
  • 60 grams of organic yeast
  • 20 mg of sal

Preparation Mode

  1. Dissolve the yeast in 30 ml of water and sugar.
  2. Mix it with all the dry ingredients, except the salt.
  3. Add half the water in the recipe.
  4. Add the margarine, honey and the rest of the water and stir.
  5. Add the salt.
  6. Work with the dough until it becomes elastic.
  7. Rest the dough for 15 minutes.
  8. Shape the dough into loaves or roll out portions into rolls.
  9. Rest the breads for another 2 hours.
  10. Preheat the oven to 170ºC.
  11. Put some wholemeal flour on the table and roll the bread on top.
  12. Grease a large pan with oil and place the bread.
  13. Make lines on top of the bread and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
