What if you surprised your guests with a savory babka to change from the original cinnamon-based recipe? Accompanied by a green salad, it will be perfect for the evening meal. Here’s how to do it.

For 3 people, you will need:

  • 1 whole Reblochon
  • 1 puff pastry
  • 1 leek
  • 75 g of smoked bacon or vegetable bacon
  • 200 g brown mushrooms
  • 30 g of whipped cheese
  • 1 tablespoon hot mustard

Please note that you can also opt for a vegetarian version by removing the bacon and replacing it with vegetable bacon, for example.
