How about a cheese snack seasoned with a cold drink? Ideal for informal meetings!


  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 2 cups of cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 5 tablespoons of cream
  • 200 grams of grated semi-hard cheese
  • 3 sachets of ready-made orange seasoning powder
  • 80 grams of unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 ovo

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease and flour a large baking dish. Reserve.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. In a large bowl, place the flour, starch, cream, cheese, two seasoning sachets, butter, yeast and salt.
  4. Work the mixture until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.
  5. Let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
  6. On a smooth surface, roll out the dough and form thin donuts by placing them on the baking sheet.
  7. Beat the egg with the other seasoning sachet and brush the donuts.
  8. Place in the oven to bake for approximately 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  9. Remove from the oven, wait to cool and serve.

Mom Tips

The ready-made orange seasoning powder is ideal for pasta.

Don’t do the donuts very thin.
