Omelet can be simple or elaborate. Roasted is more practical and healthier. Provides a practical, quick and tasty lunch!


  • 7 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 cup chopped ham
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 chopped seedless tomato
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • Salt to taste
  • margarine spread

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a medium baking dish with margarine. Reserve.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  3. In a bowl, place the eggs, flour and beat well with a whisk until you obtain an airy and homogeneous mixture.
  4. Add the ham, cheese, tomato, yeast, salt and mix.
  5. Pour into the ovenproof dish and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
  6. Remove and serve.

Mom Tips

If you prefer, you can add pieces of fried bacon and leftover boiled potato pieces to the mixture.
