  • 1 package of frozen puff pastry
  • 6 dwarf bananas, peeled and cut into slices
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Dark raisins to taste, seedless, hydrated
  • ½ cup (tea) breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons of sweetener for culinary use
  • 1 beaten egg

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a baking tray and set aside.
  2. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it measures 35 cm x 45 cm.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (medium temperature).
  4. Spread the banana slices and raisins over the dough, leaving the edges free on the sides.
  5. Spray with lemon juice and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and sweetener on top.
  6. Brush the free edge of the dough with part of the egg and fold it lengthwise over the filling, as if it were an envelope, overlapping the sides.
  7. Brush the entire surface of the strudel with the remaining egg and arrange it on the baking tray.
  8. Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
  9. Before serving, sprinkle with sweetener and cinnamon.
