Ingredients
- 100 grams of diced bacon
- 1 piece of skinless pepperoni sausage, cubed
- 1 cup diced pumpkin
- 3 cups of leftover cooked beans with broth
- 1 cup (tea) of water
- Chopped green chili to taste
- Cumin to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
- In a pan, over medium heat, sauté the bacon and sausage in the fat for approximately 6 minutes or until golden.
- Add the water, pumpkin, beans, seasonings and cook until the pumpkin softens.
- If necessary, you can gradually add more water.
- The broth should be very creamy.
- Remove and sprinkle with green scent.
- Serve immediately.
