  • 100 grams of diced bacon
  • 1 piece of skinless pepperoni sausage, cubed
  • 1 cup diced pumpkin
  • 3 cups of leftover cooked beans with broth
  • 1 cup (tea) of water
  • Chopped green chili to taste
  • Cumin to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, over medium heat, sauté the bacon and sausage in the fat for approximately 6 minutes or until golden.
  2. Add the water, pumpkin, beans, seasonings and cook until the pumpkin softens.
  3. If necessary, you can gradually add more water.
  4. The broth should be very creamy.
  5. Remove and sprinkle with green scent.
  6. Serve immediately.
