Dough Ingredients

  • ½ cup of milk
  • 1 cup of Nesquik® strawberry flavored milk mix
  • ¾ cup (tea) oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Covering and Filling Ingredients

  • 2 cans of cold, whey-free cream
  • 10 tablespoons of icing sugar

Dough Preparation Method

  1. Grease and flour a 26 cm diameter pan.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. In a blender, beat the milk, Nesquik®, oil and eggs until you obtain a very creamy mixture.
  4. Transfer to a bowl, add the flour, yeast and mix well with a wooden spoon.
  5. Pour the dough into the pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until baked and lightly browned.

Preparation method Covering and filling

  1. In a mixer, mix the topping ingredients.
  2. Beat until firm.


  1. Cut the cake in half and fill.
  2. Place the other dough and cover with the rest of the topping.
  3. Decorate to taste.

Mom Tips

If necessary, you can add a little more sugar to the topping presented.

In addition to the icing shown, you can choose to cover the cake with royal icing or strawberry jelly dissolved in a little water.
