  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of oil
  • 1 pot of natural yogurt
  • 2 cups wheat flour (tea)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup boiling water (tea)

Preparation mode

  1. Grease and flour a 24 cm diameter springform pan. Reserve.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sugar with the eggs until smooth.
  4. Add the oil, yogurt, flour, yeast and beat again.
  5. Pour half the dough over the mold.
  6. Dissolve the chocolate powder in the water and mix with the rest of the dough.
  7. Place over the white dough and, with a toothpick, make moves to merge.
  8. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until golden.
  9. Develop and serve.

Mother’s Tips

If you prefer, drizzle the cake with chocolate-flavored ice cream frosting or sprinkle with icing sugar.
