Ingredients
- 1 cup blackberry pulp
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups of wheat flour
- 3 cups of sugar (tea)
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- 1 cup whole blackberries
Preparation Mode
- Grease and flour a rectangular pan. Reserve.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- In a bowl, sift together the wheat flour, sugar and yeast. Mix and set aside.
- In a blender, beat the blackberry pulp, milk, butter and eggs.
- Pour the mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients and mix well.
- Place half of the dough in the pan and distribute half of the whole blackberries on top.
- Add the rest of the dough and distribute the rest of the blackberries on top.
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
Mom Tips
Preparing the blackberry pulp: after the fruits are harvested from the orchard, purchased at open-air markets or at the Municipal Market in your city, remove the stems and clean the blackberries well. Place some blackberries in a cup and crush them with the help of a crusher. Top up with more blackberries until you have a cup of pulp.
