Blackberry Cloud Recipe

The mulberry tree here at home is loaded. Check out this delicious dessert recipe with blackberries!

Ingredients

• 500 ml light fresh cream
• 1 tablespoon of sweetener for culinary use
• 150 grams of strawberries
• 150 grams of fresh blackberries
• 50 units of meringues, chopped

Preparation Mode

1. Clean strawberries and blackberries. Reserve.
2. Chop the strawberries.
3. Using a mixer, beat the cream with the sweetener until it becomes whipped cream. Reserve.
4. In individual bowls, distribute the strawberries.
5. In the cups, layer the whipped cream, blackberries and meringues, finishing with whipped cream.
6. Decorate with blackberries.
7. Light to gel for no minimum 1 hour.
8. Serve.

Know that blackberries are rich in calcium.

If you don’t want to use strawberries, increase the amount of blackberries or use blackberry jam in moderation because the meringues will add a sweet flavor to the dessert.
