  • 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 4 pinches of grated nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted light margarine, melted
  • 1 pot of low-fat natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Juice and zest of 1 orange
  • 1 cup blackberry jelly
  • Powdered sugar
  • Blackberries

Preparation Mode

  1. Preheat the oven to high temperature.
  2. In a bowl, sift the first 5 ingredients and mix well. Reserve.
  3. Separately, mix the margarine, yogurt, honey, egg, juice and orange zest.
  4. Pour over the dry mixture and mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
  5. Divide the dough into buttered paper molds, without exceeding 1/3 of the capacity.
  6. Put a little jelly in each mold and fill with dough.
  7. Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
  8. Remove and let cool.
  9. Dust with icing sugar and decorate with blackberries.

Mom Tips

You can replace the blackberry jelly with flavored jelly of your choice. To decorate, use fruit matching the chosen flavor.
