  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 level tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 chopped seedless tomato
  • ½ cup sliced ​​green olives
  • 1 tomato, sliced ​​into wedges for garnish (optional)
  • Chopped green chili to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. In a large non-stick frying pan, add the olive oil and set aside.
  2. In a blender, beat the eggs, oil, flour, Parmesan cheese, and garlic until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
