  • 1 liter of milk
  • 6 tablespoons cornstarch (cornstarch)
  • 1 glass of coconut milk
  • 50 grams of burnt grated coconut
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 small can of plums in syrup

Preparation Mode

  1. Dissolve the cornstarch in a little milk and set aside.
  2. Prepare a small mold with a hole in the middle by moistening it with water. Reserve.
  3. In a pan, add the sugar and grated coconut.
  4. Place over medium heat and stir until the sugar melts.
  5. Add the rest of the milk, the dissolved cornstarch, the coconut milk and stir until it thickens.
  6. Pour into mold and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Unmold and decorate with plums and a little syrup.
  8. Serve.

Mom Tips

Dessert of moderate consistency. For a more consistent/firm dish, add another 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.

The quantity of coconut milk is 200 ml.
