Ingredients
- 4 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- Cinnamon and sugar for sprinkling
Preparation Mode
- In a large bowl, mix the first six ingredients.
- Knead and knead the dough well to the point where it can be stretched with a rolling pin.
- Form a ball, wrap it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Remove from the refrigerator and onto a smooth, floured surface; stretch the dough.
- Cut into small rectangles.
- Make a cut in the middle of each rectangle and pass the dough through the cut.
- Fry in very hot oil.
- Remove and place on paper towel.
- Then, place it on a platter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Butter can be replaced with margarine.
