A much tastier and more nutritious recipe as it has potatoes as an ingredient.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked and mashed English potatoes
  • 2 cups of sour cassava starch
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 eggs

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a large baking sheet and set aside.
  2. Mix the margarine with the still hot potato, so that the margarine melts.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Add the eggs and mix again.
  5. Add the sour cassava starch, grated cheese and knead the dough gently.
  6. Make balls and distribute them in the pan, keeping a distance of 5 cm between each ball.
  7. Bake at medium temperature until the rolls are golden brown.
  8. Serve immediately.

Mom’s Tips
