- 500 grams of ground chicken breast
- 1 packet of onion soup powder
- ½ cup (tea) cream
- 1 and ½ tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 1 yolk
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon chopped green chilli
- 1 and ½ cup (tea) breadcrumbs
- Oil
Preparation Mode
- In a bowl, mix the first 10 ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Form balls with this dough.
- Dip the balls in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil until they are completely golden.
- Remove and drain on paper towel.
- Serve.
Mom Tips
Serve with risotto or pasta.
Excellent when served with lemon risotto
