Ingredients

  • 500 grams of ground chicken breast
  • 1 packet of onion soup powder
  • ½ cup (tea) cream
  • 1 and ½ tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 yolk
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green chilli
  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) breadcrumbs
  • Oil

Preparation Mode

  1. In a bowl, mix the first 10 ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Form balls with this dough.
  3. Dip the balls in breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in hot oil until they are completely golden.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towel.
  6. Serve.

Mom Tips

Serve with risotto or pasta.

Excellent when served with lemon risotto
