Ingredients

  • 500 grams of chickpeas
  • 500 grams of boiled and shredded cod or
  • 500 grams of diced salmon
  • 200 grams of olives
  • 2 onions in slices
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Kingdom pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation mode

  1. Soak the chickpeas in water the day before and then cook in the pressure cooker for 20 to 25 minutes counted after starting the pressure.
  2. Turn off, wait for the pressure to leave naturally.
  3. Then drain and remove the skin.
  4. Mixing gently, add the other ingredients.
  5. Serve cold.

Mother Tips

Approximate yield of 8 portions. You may add to the salad another cooked vegetable of your choice.

Salmon can only be cooked for about 15 minutes in water and salt with a bay leaf.
