Ingredients
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 excited
- 1 and ½ cup (tea) sugar
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 liter of milk
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 160 grams of semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation Mode
- In a bowl, mix the first four ingredients.
- Boil the milk and add it little by little to the previous mixture, whisking constantly so that no lumps form.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
- Remove from heat and gradually add the butter, beating well after each addition.
- Divide the cream into two parts.
- Chop the chocolate and melt in a bain-marie, adding 2 tablespoons of water. Reserve.
- In one part of the cream, add the vanilla and mix.
- Add the melted chocolate to the other half of the cream.
- Pour the creams separately into individual bowls.
- Refrigerate, decorate as desired and serve.
Mom Tips
If you prefer, pour both parts of the cream at the same time into a small refractory, glass salad bowl or deep plate. You must pour the creams at the same time so that they are separated by color.
