Yes, sometimes we don’t have many ingredients on hand. Check out this simple cream recipe to make a very tasty dessert.


  • 2 whole eggs
  • 3 excited
  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 160 grams of semi-sweet chocolate

Preparation Mode

  1. In a bowl, mix the first four ingredients.
  2. Boil the milk and add it little by little to the previous mixture, whisking constantly so that no lumps form.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and gradually add the butter, beating well after each addition.
  5. Divide the cream into two parts.
  6. Chop the chocolate and melt in a bain-marie, adding 2 tablespoons of water. Reserve.
  7. In one part of the cream, add the vanilla and mix.
  8. Add the melted chocolate to the other half of the cream.
  9. Pour the creams separately into individual bowls.
  10. Refrigerate, decorate as desired and serve.

Mom Tips

If you prefer, pour both parts of the cream at the same time into a small refractory, glass salad bowl or deep plate. You must pour the creams at the same time so that they are separated by color.

Serve as dessert.
