If we give you the basic ingredients for this Christmas Mojito, know that this list can very well evolve according to your desires and tastes.
According to the TikToker’s recipe, for a cocktail as white as snow, you will need:
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 5 cl of white rum
- 3 cups of coconut rum
- 6 cl of canned coconut milk
- sparkling water
- mint leaves
- Start the preparation by crushing the sugar, mint leaves and lemon juice in a shaker using a pestle.
- Add the white rum as well as the coconut rum and coconut milk.
- We finish with ice and shake.
- Pour the mixture into a nice glass filled with ice cubes.
- Finish with a splash of sparkling water or lemonade if you prefer.
- A few mint leaves, pomegranate seeds and a little icing sugar and it’s ready.
