Pudding Ingredients

  • 2 glasses of milk
  • ½ cup (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • ½ packet of grated coconut
  • 6 eggs

Ingredients Syrup

  • 1 cup (tea) of water
  • 2 cups (tea) of sugar

Syrup Preparation Method

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the sugar.
  2. Add the water and let it boil until you get a syrup that is not too thick.
  3. Once ready, place the syrup in a small mold with a hole in the middle.

How to Prepare Pudding

  1. In a blender, beat all the ingredients.
  2. Place the mixture in the caramelized pan.
  3. Bake in a bain-marie for approximately 50 minutes.

Mom’s Tips

You can make the syrup in the microwave, in a suitable container.

If you prefer, you can decorate the pudding with coconut flakes.
