Coconut pudding with two topping options for you to choose from and make your day easier.


  • 1 package of coconut pudding
  • 2 cups of milk (tea)
  • 1 package of strawberry gelatin
  • 1 can of cream
  • 400 ml of water
  • Strawberry jam to taste
  • Whipped cream to taste (optional)

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, add the milk and pudding powder.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
  3. Turn off the heat, add half the can of cream and mix well.
  4. In individual bowls, place strawberry jelly, and distribute the pudding, leaving space for the gelatin. Reserve.
  5. Prepare the strawberry gelatin with 200 ml of boiling water and 200 ml of cold water and refrigerate.
  6. When it is almost firm, pour it into the bowls and put it back in the fridge.
  7. Decorate to taste and serve with the remaining cream or whipped cream.

Mom Tips

The gelatin, once firm, can also be blended in a blender with the rest of the cream.
