  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 5 Skin -free tomatoes and cubed seeds
  • 4 tablespoons of tomato extract
  • 1/3 cup (tea) of chopped green olives
  • 1 cup of water
  • Salt to taste
  • Kingdom pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped green smell

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can of sour cream
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste

Preparation mode

  1. Pre warm the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.
  2. Soak the cod for 24 hours in the water, inside the refrigerator.
  3. In the meantime, change the water 4 times.
  4. Over medium heat, in a pan, heat the olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown.
  5. Add tomatoes, tomato extract, cod, olives, water and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, green smell, turn off and set aside.
  7. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, sprinkle the flour and fry for 2 minutes.
  8. Add the milk gradually, stirring until thickened.
  9. Cook for 3 minutes, remove, add the cream, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  10. In a medium refractory, make layers of soaked, pasta, braised, mozzarella and soak, ending in pasta and sauce.
  11. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 40 minutes or until gratin.
  12. After 10 minutes of the oven off, remove and serve.

  • 500 grams of mozzarella cheese

  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1 can of sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons of margarine
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Kingdom pepper to taste

Preparation mode

  1. In a refractory shape, soak a layer.
  2. Cover with layer of lasagna dough.
  3. Make a layer of cod.
  4. Spray with cheese and chopped olives.
  5. Cover with a little sauce.
  6. Repeat the layers until the ingredients are over.
  7. Finish with sauce covered by cheese.
