Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons of olive oil

- 4 tablespoons of tomato extract
- 1/3 cup (tea) of chopped green olives
- 1 cup of water
- Salt to taste
- Kingdom pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of chopped green smell
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 liter of milk
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 can of sour cream
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
Preparation mode
- Pre warm the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.
- Soak the cod for 24 hours in the water, inside the refrigerator.
- In the meantime, change the water 4 times.
- Over medium heat, in a pan, heat the olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown.
- Add tomatoes, tomato extract, cod, olives, water and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, green smell, turn off and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, sprinkle the flour and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the milk gradually, stirring until thickened.
- Cook for 3 minutes, remove, add the cream, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- In a medium refractory, make layers of soaked, pasta, braised, mozzarella and soak, ending in pasta and sauce.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 40 minutes or until gratin.
- After 10 minutes of the oven off, remove and serve.
2nd Option Cod Lasagna
Ingredients

- 600 grams of desalted and shredded codfish
- Picadinha olives to taste
- 500 grams of mozzarella cheese
- Olives to decorate (optional)
Sauce Ingredients
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 can of sour cream
- 4 tablespoons of margarine
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- Salt to taste
- Kingdom pepper to taste
Preparation mode
- In a refractory shape, soak a layer.
- Cover with layer of lasagna dough.
- Make a layer of cod.
- Spray with cheese and chopped olives.
- Cover with a little sauce.
- Repeat the layers until the ingredients are over.
- Finish with sauce covered by cheese.
- If you prefer, decorate with olives.
