A few touches of vanilla, a hint of fleur de sel and the subtle sweetness of milk: this recipe is a real sweet, delicate and gourmet caress that will take you back to childhood in just a few bites. Philippe Conticini’s preparation will comfort you in case of blues and will give you a smile. So why not get into the kitchen for a culinary moment filled with tenderness.
This sweet recipe requires very few ingredients. In just a few turns, it’s ready. You just have to wait for the cooking. So here’s how.
For the ingredients, you will need:
- 130 g whole milk
- 100 g full cream
- 50 gr around the riz
- 35 g caster sugar
- 0.8 gr of fleur de sel
- 2.2 g of cinnamon
- 1/2 vanilla pod
- Start by heating the milk, liquid cream, sugar, fleur de sel, cinnamon and vanilla in a saucepan to 80°C.
- Once the temperature is reached, add the rice and stir briefly to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Then pour the mixture into a bowl 14cm in diameter and 6cm in height.
- Bake in an oven at 150°C, ventilated heat, for 3 hours.
Enjoy hot out of the oven.
