For breakfast or an afternoon snack, pancakes are sure to be a hit!


  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • ½ cup (tea) of milk
  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tablespoon baking powder

Preparation Mode

  1. In a blender, blend all the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Grease a small non-stick frying pan with butter and heat it.
  3. Place a small portion of dough.
  4. Fry on both sides until golden.
  5. Repeat the process until all the dough is used up.
  6. Serve the pancakes drizzled with condensed milk.

Mom’s Tips

In addition to watering the pancakes with condensed milk, you can add pieces of fresh fruit of your choice.

Served with strawberries, it’s delicious!

Yields approximately 12 units.
