  • 2 cups of milk (tea)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups wheat flour (tea)
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • salt to taste
  • 2 cups tomato sauce (tea)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Stuffing Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 2 cups chicken (cooked and shredded)
  • 1 envelope of powdered poultry seasoning
  • ½ cup corn (drained)
  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • Chopped parsley to taste

Preparation mode

  1. In the blender, beat the milk, egg, flour, oil and salt.
  2. Heat a greased skillet over medium heat and pour in a small ladle of batter, swirling to spread.
  3. Fry until golden on both sides.
  4. Repeat the procedure with all the rest of the dough and book.

Stuffing Preparation Method

  1. Heat a pan with oil over medium heat and sauté the onion for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the tomato, chicken, seasoning, corn and sauté for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the flour dissolved in the milk and stir until thickened.
  4. Season with pepper, salt, parsley, turn off and distribute the stuffing between the masses.
  5. Roll up like roulades, place in a refractory, cover with the sauce, sprinkle with the mozzarella and take to the preheated medium oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove and serve.
