  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 bunch of chopped cooked spinach
  • Grated nutmeg to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 can of cream
  • 1 package of pre-cooked lasagna noodles
  • 4 cups of cooked fish fillet flakes
  • 300 grams of sliced ​​mozzarella cheese
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, over medium heat, melt the butter and fry the onion until golden.
  2. Sprinkle the flour and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the milk little by little, stirring until it thickens.
  4. Add the spinach, season with walnuts, pepper and salt.
  5. Remove from the heat, add the cream and mix.
  6. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  7. In a medium ovenproof dish, alternate layers of sauce, pasta, sauce, fish and cheese.
  8. Finish with pasta and sauce.
  9. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
  10. Turn off the oven and serve after 10 minutes.
