Quick and easy mini pizza for an afternoon snack. Enjoy this recipe!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • ½ cup of warm water
  • 15 grams of fresh organic yeast
  • ½ dessert spoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 and ½ tablespoon of oil
  • ½ can of drained green corn
  • 1 small egg

Filling Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded smoked chicken
  • ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup (tea) cream cheese
  • Catupiry® cream cheese to taste
  • Black olives to taste
  • Oregano to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. In a bowl, place the sugar, salt, yeast and mix until you obtain a liquid mixture.
  2. In a blender, place the corn, egg, oil, water and blend.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the bowl and gradually add the wheat flour.
  4. Mix until it comes off your hands.
  5. If necessary, you can add a little more wheat flour.
  6. Knead the dough and divide it into balls.
  7. Place them on a floured surface and let rise until doubled in volume.

Filling preparation method

In a bowl, mix the chicken, cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese.

Assembling the Minipizzas

  1. Grease and flour a large baking dish and set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  3. Open the dough balls with your fingers, so that they are thicker at the edges than in the center.
  4. Arrange on the baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  5. Cover with the filling.
  6. Decorate with Catupiry® cream cheese, oregano and olives.
  7. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden.
  8. Remove and serve.

Mom Tips

You can replace the mozzarella cheese with provolone cheese.
