Quick and easy mini pizza for an afternoon snack. Enjoy this recipe!
Ingredients
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- ½ cup of warm water
- 15 grams of fresh organic yeast
- ½ dessert spoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of sugar
- 1 and ½ tablespoon of oil
- ½ can of drained green corn
- 1 small egg
Filling Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded smoked chicken
- ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup (tea) cream cheese
- Catupiry® cream cheese to taste
- Black olives to taste
- Oregano to taste
Preparation Mode
- In a bowl, place the sugar, salt, yeast and mix until you obtain a liquid mixture.
- In a blender, place the corn, egg, oil, water and blend.
- Transfer the mixture to the bowl and gradually add the wheat flour.
- Mix until it comes off your hands.
- If necessary, you can add a little more wheat flour.
- Knead the dough and divide it into balls.
- Place them on a floured surface and let rise until doubled in volume.
Filling preparation method
In a bowl, mix the chicken, cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Assembling the Minipizzas
- Grease and flour a large baking dish and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Open the dough balls with your fingers, so that they are thicker at the edges than in the center.
- Arrange on the baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Cover with the filling.
- Decorate with Catupiry® cream cheese, oregano and olives.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden.
- Remove and serve.
Mom Tips
You can replace the mozzarella cheese with provolone cheese.
