Different thigh and drumstick recipe! Your daily meal doesn’t have to be boring.


  • 1 kg boneless chicken thighs and thighs
  • Seasoning to taste
  • 4 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 ovo
  • 1 bottle of cold beer
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Hot oil

Preparation Mode

  1. Cut the chicken into pieces and season to your liking.
  2. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. In a blender, beat the flour, egg and beer.
  4. Pass the chicken pieces through this mixture.
  5. Drain a little and coat in breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry in oil until golden.
  7. Drain on paper towel.

Mom Tips

Yields 4 servings.

Beer bottle = 600 ml.

Serve with white rice, salad and sauces of your choice.
