  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup full of wheat flour, sifted
  • 3 or 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of mashed potatoes
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • Oil for frying

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, boil ¼ liter of water with the butter and 1 teaspoon of salt.
  2. Remove from heat and add the wheat flour all at once.
  3. Stir quickly until the dough is very smooth.
  4. Return to heat for about 5 minutes, or until a ball forms.
  5. Remove and add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Add the mashed potatoes, season with pepper, salt and nutmeg.
  7. Mix everything very well.
  8. In not too hot oil, fry in spoonfuls.
  9. Remove and let drain on paper towel.
  10. Serve immediately.
