SAccording to the official Palestinian news agency Wafa, “dozens of citizens, including children and women, have died” due to Israeli attacks that continue intense “by land, sea and air”.

At least 14 people died and others were injured in an attack on the home of a Palestinian family that also hosted internally displaced people in the city of Khan Yunis, in the south of the enclave, where Israel has intensified its operations in recent weeks.

Israeli fighter jets also “bombarded agricultural areas” in western Khan Yunis, killing six people.

Israeli forces also attacked the headquarters of the Palestinian Red Crescent emergency medical service in Khan Yunis, causing one death and several injuries. A similar attack in this location a few days ago had already resulted in the deaths of five people.

Attacks also continue in the center of Gaza – in points such as the Al-Maghazi refugee camp or the city of Al-Masdar -, causing the deaths of dozens of people and many injuries, according to the Palestinian news agency.

There are “still people missing under the rubble”, Wafa stressed.

The number of deaths in Israeli attacks on Gaza since the start of the war, almost three months ago, exceeds 22,300, including 9,600 children and at least 6,750 women, and it is estimated that there are around 7,000 people missing, probably killed under the rubble of the buildings in the Gaza Strip.

The Israeli military offensive left a scenario of almost total devastation in Gaza, affected by a serious humanitarian crisis due to the shortage of food, drinking water, basic products and fuel due to the Israeli limitation on the entry of humanitarian aid as a measure of pressure on Hamas.
