Dough Ingredients

  • 1 cup (tea) butter
  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) cream cheese
  • 5 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
  • 2 and ½ cups (tea) of sugar
  • 2 and ½ cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • ½ cup of guarana-flavored soda

Filling and Covering Ingredients

  • 2 cups of creamy dulce de leche
  • 2 cups of cream cheese
  • 1 and ½ box of cold cream
  • 5 tablespoons icing sugar

Dough Preparation Method

  1. Prepare a round pan measuring 26 cm in diameter.
  2. Grease and flour the pan. Reserve.
  3. Using a mixer, beat the egg whites, remove and set aside.
  4. In a clean mixer, beat the butter and cream cheese for 5 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  6. Add the egg yolks, one by one, beating after each addition.
  7. Add the sifted sugar and flour and mix until smooth.
  8. Turn off the mixer, add the yeast and beaten egg whites and mix.
  9. Place the dough in the pan and bake for approximately 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the dough comes out clean.
  10. Let cool and unmold.

Filling preparation method

  1. In the mixer, beat the dulce de leche with the cream cheese for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the cream and beat until smooth.
  3. Without stopping beating, gradually add the sugar.
  4. Divide into three parts and set aside.


  1. Cut the cake into three parts.
  2. Divide the soda into three parts.
  3. On a large plate, place part of the cake, drizzle with part of the soda and cover with part of the filling.
  4. Repeat the procedure with the cake, soda and remaining cream, making layers.
  5. Finish with the cream covering the entire cake.
  6. Decorate to taste and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  7. Remove and serve.
