Dough Ingredients
- 1 cup (tea) butter
- 1 and ½ cup (tea) cream cheese
- 5 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
- 2 and ½ cups (tea) of sugar
- 2 and ½ cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- ½ cup of guarana-flavored soda
Filling and Covering Ingredients
- 2 cups of creamy dulce de leche
- 2 cups of cream cheese
- 1 and ½ box of cold cream
- 5 tablespoons icing sugar
Dough Preparation Method
- Prepare a round pan measuring 26 cm in diameter.
- Grease and flour the pan. Reserve.
- Using a mixer, beat the egg whites, remove and set aside.
- In a clean mixer, beat the butter and cream cheese for 5 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- Add the egg yolks, one by one, beating after each addition.
- Add the sifted sugar and flour and mix until smooth.
- Turn off the mixer, add the yeast and beaten egg whites and mix.
- Place the dough in the pan and bake for approximately 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the dough comes out clean.
- Let cool and unmold.
Filling preparation method
- In the mixer, beat the dulce de leche with the cream cheese for 3 minutes.
- Add the cream and beat until smooth.
- Without stopping beating, gradually add the sugar.
- Divide into three parts and set aside.
Assembly
- Cut the cake into three parts.
- Divide the soda into three parts.
- On a large plate, place part of the cake, drizzle with part of the soda and cover with part of the filling.
- Repeat the procedure with the cake, soda and remaining cream, making layers.
- Finish with the cream covering the entire cake.
- Decorate to taste and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Remove and serve.
