Earthquake of magnitude 5.6 in Argentina

UAn earthquake measuring 5.6 on the Richter scale was recorded this Wednesday morning in the La Rioja region, in Argentina.

The earthquake occurred at a depth of around 127 kilometers, according to the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC), according to Reuters.

The United States Geological Survey says the earthquake was felt in Argentina and Chile.

For now, there is still no information about damage or victims.
