Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 6 tablespoons of capers
Preparation mode
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC for 20 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a thick, wide skillet over high heat.
- Fry the fish, two at a time, for 1 minute on each side.
- Season with pepper and salt.
- Transfer the fillets to a refractory and cover with aluminum foil.
- Take it to the oven for 5 minutes.
- In the same skillet, over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the onion for 2 minutes.
- Add the capers and stir for 1 minute.
- Serve over the fillets.
