How about preparing fish fillets with different flavors? Try it! There are two options here for you to choose from.


  • 4 fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 6 tablespoons of capers

Preparation mode

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a thick, wide skillet over high heat.
  3. Fry the fish, two at a time, for 1 minute on each side.
  4. Season with pepper and salt.
  5. Transfer the fillets to a refractory and cover with aluminum foil.
  6. Take it to the oven for 5 minutes.
  7. In the same skillet, over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the onion for 2 minutes.
  8. Add the capers and stir for 1 minute.
  9. Serve over the fillets.
