Many years ago I tried this liqueur and never forgot it; It’s simply delicious! Try one of the options presented!
Ingredients 1st Option
- 400 grams of sugar
- 6 egg yolks, sifted
- 3 glasses of milk
- 400 grams of sugar
- 1 glass of red wine
- 1 glass of grain alcohol (90ºC)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
Preparation Mode
- Beat the egg yolks with 400 grams of sugar until white.
- Melt 400 grams of sugar with the milk. Let cool.
- Add the wine, alcohol and vanilla.
- Filter the mixture through a very fine cloth.
- Bottle and let it age.
- Shake before use.
Ingredients 2nd Option
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of grain alcohol
- 1 can of water
- 6 egg yolks, sifted
Preparation Mode
- In a blender, blend all the ingredients.
- Bottle it up.
Ingredients 3rd Option
- 3 cups of sugar (tea)
- 6 egg yolks, sifted
- 1 and ½ liter of boiling milk
- ½ liter of cachaça or vodka
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
Preparation Mode
- In a blender, beat the egg yolks with a little sugar.
- Little by little, add the rest of the sugar, milk and vanilla.
- Lastly, add the vodka and beat well.
Mom Tips
Serve with ground cinnamon, cardamom or orange zest.
Grain alcohol can be replaced with cachaça or vodka.
When using cachaça or vodka; use good quality ones.
When zesting the orange peel; do not scrape the white part.
Shake the liqueur before serving and keep it in the refrigerator.
