Fig Jam


  • 16 figs, cleaned and peeled into pieces
  • 2 cups of sugar (tea)
  • 1 grated sour apple

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, combine all the ingredients and stir so that the sugar dissolves.
  2. Cook, stirring occasionally, until it reaches a jelly-like consistency.
  3. Once cold, place in sterilized jars.

Fresh Fig Jam


  • 2 kg of fresh figs
  • 4 cups of sugar (tea)
  • 1 cup (tea) of water
  • 1 lemon in slices

Preparation Mode

  1. Clean the figs and peel them.
  2. Boil the water and sugar for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the fig and lemon.
  4. Cook quickly until transparent.
