In 30 minutes you can prepare nutritious burgers for your snack.


  • 1 kg of cleaned dogfish without the cartilage
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley or green chilli
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 ovo
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate
  • White pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 5 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce leaves to taste
  • Japanese cucumber slices
  • Oil

Preparation Mode

  1. In the processor, grind the raw fish.
  2. Place the fish in a container and add the parsley, onion, egg, flour, glutamate, pepper and salt.
  3. Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
  4. Refrigerate the dough for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove and shape into 5 burgers.
  6. In a non-stick frying pan, over low heat, with a drizzle of olive oil, fry the burgers.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towel.
  8. Assemble the burgers by interspersing them with lettuce leaves and cucumber slices.

Mom Tips

Monosodium glutamate is a flavor enhancer; easily found on the spice shelves of good supermarkets.
