  • 2 pots of natural yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 kg of fish fillet
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Wheat flour
  • Butter for greasing

Preparation Mode
