  • 1 kg of cubed dogfish
  • 1 tablespoon of ready-made seasoning
  • 2 diced seedless tomatoes
  • 1 diced green pepper
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  2. Season the fish and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, place the tomatoes, pepper, onion, pepper, salt and olive oil. Mix.
  4. On wooden sticks, place a tomato cube, an onion cube, a pepper cube and a fish cube.
  5. Repeat the procedure until you run out of ingredients.
  6. Place the skewers in a pan and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for approximately 25 minutes.

Mom Tips

The green pepper can be replaced with yellow or red peppers, which are milder.
