The advantage of this preparation? It is super simple and quick to prepare. In addition, it is easy to adapt it according to your desires and what you have in our cupboards. You can, for example, replace the tomato sauce with pesto and add other spices of your choice. It’s up to you to vary the pleasures. While waiting to twist the recipe, here is the original version shared by the nutritionist.

To make these toasts at home, you will need:

  • 4 eggs
  • 150/200 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • sel
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  1. Start by browning the finely chopped or pureed garlic in a drizzle of olive oil before incorporating the tomato sauce, salt, pepper and oregano.
  2. Mix and add the eggs.
  3. Whisk everything together and cook for a few minutes until the mixture thickens.
  4. And it’s already ready! You can then spread your egg/tomato sauce mixture on a few slices of bread. Pour in a drizzle of olive oil and finish by adding a few basil leaves and that’s it.

You can also eat these toasts as a meal. For this, the nutritionist specifies not to forget “to add a source of vegetables to balance the plate”. In the recipe, the specialist opts for a cucumber salad.

Enjoy your food !
