Ingredients
- 500 grams of tilapia fillet in strips
- 1 lemon juice
- salt to taste
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup cornmeal (tea)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (tea)
- Frying oil
Preparation mode
- In a bowl, season the tilapia strips with the lemon juice, salt, garlic and mix.
- Mix the cornmeal with the breadcrumbs.
- Pass the fish through this mixture.
- Fry in hot oil, in immersion, until golden.
- Drain on absorbent paper.
- If you prefer, serve with the sauce.
Sauce Ingredients (Optional)
- 1 cup mayonnaise (tea)
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon fine dried herbs
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley (chopped)
Preparation mode
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat the butter until melted.
- Add the green smell, the herbs and fry for 1 minute.
- Add mayonnaise, mix and remove from heat.
Mother’s Tips
If you prefer, mix grated Parmesan cheese with breadcrumbs.
