  • 500 grams of tilapia fillet in strips
  • 1 lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal (tea)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (tea)
  • Frying oil

Preparation mode

  1. In a bowl, season the tilapia strips with the lemon juice, salt, garlic and mix.
  2. Mix the cornmeal with the breadcrumbs.
  3. Pass the fish through this mixture.
  4. Fry in hot oil, in immersion, until golden.
  5. Drain on absorbent paper.
  6. If you prefer, serve with the sauce.

Sauce Ingredients (Optional)

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (tea)
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon fine dried herbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley (chopped)

Preparation mode

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, heat the butter until melted.
  2. Add the green smell, the herbs and fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add mayonnaise, mix and remove from heat.

Mother’s Tips

If you prefer, mix grated Parmesan cheese with breadcrumbs.
