  • 1 liter of milk
  • 3 cans of drained green corn
  • 1 tablespoon of neutral alloy powder
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon ice cream emulsifier

Preparation Mode

  1. In a blender, beat the milk with the corn.
  2. In a bowl, sift the blender mixture.
  3. Using the back of a spoon, squeeze the corn pomace through the sieve to extract the liquid.
  4. Discard what remains in the sieve.
  5. Return the liquid to the blender, add the neutral alloy, sugar and blend until smooth.
  6. Place in a bowl and place in the freezer or freezer for 2 hours or until almost hardened.
  7. Remove, place in the mixer, add the condensed milk, emulsifier and beat for approximately 10 minutes or until light and fluffy.
  8. Remove and place in jars and place in the freezer for 4 hours or until it hardens.

Mom Tips

You can find the neutral alloy powder and emulsifier in good supermarkets, candy distributors or stores selling culinary products for parties.
