Dough Ingredients

  • 6 and ½ cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • ½ cup (tea) oil
  • 1 and ½ cups of warm milk
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablets of fresh organic yeast
  • 4 eggs
  • Oregano to taste (optional)

Filling Ingredients

  • 400 grams of sliced ​​ham
  • 400 grams of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup (tea) tomato sauce

Preparation Mode

  1. Line a large baking tray with greased aluminum foil and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, sift the flour and set aside.
  3. In a blender, blend the rest of the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  4. Place the mixture in the bowl with the wheat flour and mix well.
  5. Transfer to a smooth surface and knead the dough.
  6. Cover and let rest for 40 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  8. Roll out the dough using a rolling pin into a rectangular shape.
  9. Spread the tomato sauce and slices of cheese and ham on top of the pasta.
  10. Spray with oregano.
  11. Roll up like a jelly roll and press well.
  12. Cut into approximately 20 slices.
  13. Spread onto the baking tray, cover and let rest for 20 minutes.
  14. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden.
  15. Serve.

Mom Tips

The dough should be ready to roll out with the rolling pin; coming off your hands. Only if necessary, slowly add a little more flour.
