Dough Ingredients
- 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Filling Ingredients
- 500 grams of chopped ham
- 3 cups of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- Green scent to taste
Preparation Mode
- In a blender, blend all the dough ingredients and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- In a non-stick frying pan, brush it with a little margarine.
- Bring to a boil and fry portions of dough, forming pancakes, until lightly golden.
- Reserve.
Filling preparation method
- In a pan, mix the ham, cottage cheese and oregano.
- Cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
- Stuff the pancakes, sprinkle with seasoning and roll up like a roulade.
